No matter what you're building, The NexGen Structural Steel Panel System can be seamlessly integrated with any type of construction. Our panels utilize a patent pending unibody galvanized steel panel that combines two standard 2" x 3" or 2" x 4"galvanized steel studs and sheathing that are 16" or 24" O.C., that can be used universally to create exterior and interior walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs. The panels quickly assemble by means of a unique interlocking flange that not only creates an ultra strong seam, but is impervious to air penetration.

Technical Data:

NexGen Structural Panels are available in 22, 20, or 18 gauge galvanized steel with a G-40, G-60, or G-90 finish. NexGen Structural Steel Panels have passed ASTM Standards E-72, E-330, 1886 & 1996-02, and Miami Dade County Protocol's 201, 202, (loads, ) and 203.

Size of Panels: 16"OC - 3.625" x 17.500" or 24"OC - 3.625" x 25.50" (panels come in standard 8', 10', and 12' foot lengths and can be custom cut to order.)

Size of standard framing members: 3.630" x 2.000" x length

Assembly: Panels are secured with a single row of #10 by 3/4" self-tapping hex head screws at 3/4", 16-3/4", 32'3/4", 48-3/4", 64-3/4", 80-3/4", and 96-3/4" from the bottom on the interior and 24", 48", 60", and 84" from the bottom of the exterior.
