The panels are 24" O.C. and quicky assemble utilizing a built-in interlocking flange system that facilitates fast and easy installation.

Panels are simply placed into the galvanized track, then fastened with #10 - 3/4" long self-tapping hex head screws.

Panels come precut to accommondate access doors. Standard galvanized U-Channel is screwed into place creating the jambs and header.

Once assembled, the smooth surface of the NexGen Panels require only a light coat of joint compound on the seams, making finishing a snap! Paint and graphics can be applied the same as conventional drywall.

When no longer needed, the system quickly disassembles and stacks neatly to take up minimal storage space. 120 linear feet of barricade will store in a space 24" x 144" x 120"!
